KOKRAJHAR, AUG 19: Binanda Swargiary,a subject teacher of K B Deulkuchi HS School, Tamulpur of Baksa district has been named for National Teacher Award-2021 from Ministry of Education, department of School Education and Literary, Government of India.
The All Bodo Students Union (ABSU) has extended congratulation to the National Teacher Awardee, Binanda Swargiary conferred by Union Ministry of Education, Department of School Education and Literacy.
In a press statement, ABSU president Dipen Boro and general secretary Khanindra Basumatary said that being teacher from the vernacular medium as the Bodo subject teacher he has received the prestigious National Awards to Teachers, 2021.
“The ABSU feels proud that he has achieved this token for his tireless service to imparting quality education to the Bodo Students for many generations, which enabled to building good society in the region. This award brought laurels to his students as well as to all the students’ fraternity of the region”, the statement said.
The student union vows him respect for achieving such honourable award conferred by the Union Ministry of Education.
He is known for his candid in teaching, contribution to Bodo literary works and many other social work activities in the region. Currently he is teaching at K.B. Deulkuchi Higher Secondary School, Tamulpur Baksa.
ABSU hopes his award will remain as the inspiration to many teachers in the state and BTR.
“The encouragement to such height and with dedication to generate more human resource in future will continue. ABSU prays to Almighty that he will always be in good health to cherish his caliber for many for students to come”, ABSU leaders said.
