Amit Raj Daimary Rescued After 24-hour at Chapaguri, ex MP Daimary Extends Thanks

KOKRAJHAR, JAN 6: Amit Raj Daimary, son of ex Rajya Sabha MP and BJP leader Biswajit Daimary was rescued on Wednesday at Chapaguri Bus stand in Bongaigaon district after 24-hour since he goes missing from Reality Public School Kokrajhar.

Amit Raj Daimary, a 16-year-old youth, studying in class X at Reality Public School is bound for appearing in the class X final examination this 2021 year itself.

Amit has reportedly went missing from the school hostel complex in the afternoon around 1 pm on Tuesday that left a sensational situation among the guardian, parents, school authorities and police administration for the day.

According to principal of Reality Public School, Dr P K Sutradhar Amit had jumped out the school boundary wall in the afternoon post lunch break and two his student friends helped him to jumped the boundary wall and then went missing.

The missing of the student, came into light in the late evening after school authorities informed to the guardian and police administration about the incident.

Police administration, school authorities and guardians of the student started their search operation since after incident and kept close watching across the region with police’s naka checking on all link roads across the districts.

Ex MP Daimary arrived in Kokrajhar residence in the midnight of Tuesday fron Guwahati and started he himself involved with search operation to rescue his son Amit Raj Daimary since late evening to till the rescue of the missing student on the afternoon.

“There is no trace of whereabout of Amit Raj Daimary till afternoon of Wednesday and ex MP Daimary had been seen emotional with missing of his son in the morning”.

Daimary rushed the Kokrajhar railway station in the night as well in the early morning today as checked all CCTV in the railway station, but couldn’t traced out any clue or communication about the student.

In a strategically search operation carried out by police administration, later missing Amit Raj Daimary, son of ex MP Biswajit Daimary rescued from Chapaguri Bus stand in Bongaigaon in the afternoon of Wednesday as media as well as social media have made strong viral videos and informations about missing of Amit since Tuesday evening.

Additional DGP of Assam (law and order) GP Singh has arrived in Kokrajhar in the morning and conducted searching initiative to rescue missing Amit Raj Daimary.

Singh has twitted on his Twitter site about rescue of Amit by the afternoon today at Chapaguri Bus stand in Bongaigaon district.

Singjh along with BTAD (IGP) Anurag Agarwal and Kokrajhar SP Rakesh Roushan immediately rushed the Chapaguri and received Amit and later handed over to his family members at his Kokrajhar Sudempuri residence.

” Amit Raj Daimary has been rescued safely today afternoon at Chapaguri Bus stand and police administration handed him to his parents. The student saw sound health”, said ADGP Singh.

After getting back his son, Biswajit Daimary saw becoming emotional as he and his family members were face shocking of went missing their son.

He said that Amit Raj Daimary spent whole night on the roadside at Chapaguri in Bongaigaon district and face a heavy cold wave of winter season.

Ex MP Daimary after receiving his son, extended thanks to the media persons, social media platform, police administration and school authorities for extensive cooperation in rescuing job of the Amit Raj Daimary since Tuesday evening.

Daimary has also extended sincere thanks to the BTC chief executive member Pramod Boro for his kind cooperation in building strong communication towards searching of Amit.

“My family is very happy after rescue of Amit within 24 hours from Tuesday afternoon and we are very much thanked to the almighty God for safe return of their son”, Daimary added.
