Bodo Leaders Appeals to ULFA-I for Kidnapped Release

KOKRAJHAR, FEB 21: Bodo leaders including Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) chief executive member Pramod Boro, ex Rajya Sabha MP and noted author have made appealled  to ULFA-I for release of kidnapping Quipp officials on humanitarian ground.

BTR CEM Pramod Boro has appealed to ULFA-I to release the kidnapped two engineers of Quipp company on humanity ground without any condition.

“No any issue can be solved with kidnapped or killing person or violence. The state must get healthy integration and development among the society”, Boro said.

He said that the kidnapping of engineers in the state is unfortunate and unwanted. He said that peace and tranquility must be prevailed in the state.

Ex Rajya Sabha MP and noted author U G Brahma has also appeals to the ULFA-I to make release of kidnapped Quippo officials on humanity ground to pave way the healthy integration. He said peoples must have peace and development.

“I do strongly appeal the ULFA (I) to release two QUIPPO employees Radio operator Ram Kumar & Drilling Superintendent Pranab Kumar Gogoi from their captive on humanitarian ground”, Brahma said adding that “Not only Assam, but entire NE region is entering into a new era of peace. In such situation killing two employees just for financial reason in a isolated manner shows the outfit’s commitment towards violence only”.

Ex MP Brahma said that at this juncture people are in search of peace and release of two captives will create a positive environment in favour of outfit.
