BPF Expells Prahlad Brahma From Party Primary Membership

KOKRAJHAR, FEB 11: Bodoland People’s Front (BPF) party has made expelled of Prahlad Brahma, one of secretaries of youth BPF from primary membership for his derogatory remarks and uncivilized comments on the most dignified leaders of the country including Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, the former President of the country,

Atal Bihari Bajpayee, the former Prime Minister and Narendra Modiji, the present Prime Minister of the country.

Notably, Brahma put his derogatory remarks on Thursday while addressing BTC accord day celebration held at Duligaon Parbatjhora on Thursday on former president Abdul Kalam, former prime minister Bajpayee and present prime minister Narendra Modi.

On Friday, in a press statement, BPF president and former BTC chief Hagrama Mohilary has made expelled of Prahlad Brahma from primary membership with immediate effect.

“It is shockingly painful that Prahallad Brahma, currently one of the secretaries of the Youth Bodoland Peoples Front (BPF) has passed rather rude and uncivilized comments on the most dignified leaders of the country including APJ Abdul Kalam, the former President of the country, Atal Bihari Bajpayee, the former Prime Minister and Narendra Modiji, the present Prime Minister of the country”, Mohilary said.

‘ We strongly condemn the statement made by Prahallad Brahma against such dignified leaders who have not only successfully served the country but also glorified the nation by their invaluable and incomparable contributions. Therefore, the Bodoland Peoples Front (BPF) expells Prahallad Brahma from the primary membership of the party with immediate effect”, Mohilary said.

He also said that the BPF is a registered political party under Election Commission of India and we(BPF) sincerely regret to have ever used the service of such a man like Prahallad Brahma.
