Kokrajhar girl cracks NEET competitive examination

KOKRAJHAR, OCT 17: Kokrajhar girl has brought a laurel among the citizens in Kokrajhar with successfully cracked all India National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) competitive examination-2020 of which results were declared on Friday. The girl who is hailed from remote Baruapara of Kokrajhar, scored 592 marks out of 720 in the NEET entrance for medical courses. She was identified as Alisha Hussain (19), daughter of Majidur Hussain and Sultana Mehejabin (Mother). Majidur Hussain is a general duty soldier of Border Security Force (BSF) and now posted at Siliguri of West Bengal state. Alisha passed out HSLC and HS school (science) from New Bongaigaon Kendriya Vidyalaya in 2016 and 2018 respectively. After completion of the HS final examination, Alisha admitted at Lalan’s coaching centre, Guwahati for one year. Alisha has successfully cracked the NEET entrance examination in her second attempt this year.

In 2019, she couldn’t succeed the NEET entrance test as she couldn’t put her attention on physics subject. Alisha has elder brother and she only daughter in her parent. She has devoted a lot in her study to make make success into NEET test and accordingly successfully cracked the NEET entrance test. Family members including her octogenarian grandmother Mojiton Bewa have expressed their excited over the results announced where Alisha was also cracked the NEET entrance examination. Kokrajhar district unit of Goria Moria Desi Jatiya Parishad have offered warm welcome and extended felicitation for her successful come out in the national level test. Alisha said that she had a dreamt to be a doctor in her life since childhood and devoted study hard to reach out to the aim. “My parents and family members have encouraged me to take higher studies with hard studies. After completion of my medical course I shall reach out to the poor peoples in my life”, she said. “I am very much excited as our grand daughter cracked the NEET test in her life. I do hope, she will be a successful doctor in her life”, said Alisha’s grandmother Mojiton Bewa, who is now 74 years old.
