No Impact on BPF with Exit of Daimary, Mushahary: Pramila Rani Brahma


KOKRAJHAR, NOV 22: “There will be no impact within BPF party with exit of MP Biswajit Daimary and MLA Emmanuel Mushahary from BPF party fold”, Assam Social welfare minister and senior BPF leader Pramila Rani Brahma said.

Both BPF party leaders formally joined the saffron party on Sunday in the presence of chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal, Assam state BJP president Ranjeet Kumar Dass ahead the general elections to the Bodoland Territorial Council.

Daimary was Rajya Sabha MP and working president of BPF party while Mushahary was general secretary of the party and sitting MLA from Tamulpur constituency.

Brahma today in Kokrajhar said that both the leaders have been trying to attract their personality before the chief minister and BJP party, so they have joined the BJP party for lobbying their importance in the state.

She said that they are not coming out from their own quality,they have been brought to the limelight through the party line.

“We are not worried about their joining in the saffron party and we are very happy as our unnecessary leaders joined the BJP party”, Brahma.

Brahma said Emmanuel Mushahary has betrayed on BPF party for not getting ministerial berth and his wish party candidate at Goibari constituency in BTC council elections.

She said Daimary had got an opportunity to be MP in Rajya Sabha for trice term,yet he has betrayed over the BPF party.

Brahma had claimed that BPF chief Hagrama Mohilary was the only leader after Bodofa Upendra Nath Brahma among the Bodo society who dedicated his whole life in his life.

Brahma has claimed that her BPF party is gaining up it’s mass base in the region, said that the party is fully prepared to contest the council elections.

She said that BPF party is winning absolute majority in the BTC council elections to form the BTC Legislative Assembly to meet good governance and massive welfare spirit.
