Student’s Protest Continue In Bodoland University

KOKRAJHAR, APRIL 22:  Student’s protest continue in Bodoland University in support of demanding online examination instead of offline examination in the university at Debargaon in Kokrajhar district today.

Protests of student’s today entered into second day in front of the Bodoland University which was carried out by Bodoland University Students Union (BUSU) to put pressurise the university authority for conducting the all examinations through online phenomenon in the wake of second wave of COVID-19 influence in the state.

Hundreds of students from the university joined hands in the protest demonstration holding placards and shouted slogans demanding online examination instead of offline examination phenomenon to get rid from the influence of the COVID-19 situation.

The students union strongly emphasised conduct of online examination to meet a preventive measures amidst the ongoing COVID-19 situation as present environment is not getting suitable position to appear in the offline examination.

” We the students have demanded online examination instead of offline examination amidst ongoing COVID-19 situation in the university to make safety and well-being life preventing from the influence of COVID”, agitated students said.

The students union have also slammed the university authority for not taking any step to accord online examination in the university even though the protest and strike is continuing in the university.

“We will continue our protest demonstration in support of demanding online examination in the university”, the BUSU added.
