KOKRAJHAR, SEP 26: United People’s Party Liberal (UPPL) candidate for Fakiragram constituency in Kokrajhar district, Motiur Rahman has assured of massive empowerment of youth and women through the spirit of BTR(Bodoland Territorial Region) accord implementation in building healthy education and job engagement in the proposed rail coach factory in Fakiragram area if voted to the power in the ensuing BTC elections. In a media interaction on Saturday at Fakiragram, Rahman said that he is getting massive support from all sections of citizens in his constituency. He has alleged that citizens from the constituency are deprived their due welfare and development aspects due to insincerity from the BPF ruled BTAD administration.
He has expressed his hopeful that this time common masses are voting in favour of UPPL party for parivartan and massive development. He said that UPPL party is winning majority seats in the BTC election and forming next council. He ass promised that he will devote deep in bringing youth and women empowerment among society if he voted in election. On the BTR accord implementation, Rahman has lauded the centre, state government and BTR accord signatories for fruitful signing in BTR accord, said that peoples from all walks of life are getting good governance as all clauses of the historic accord are getting one by one implementation under the bold initiative from the government. Former AAMSU leader and UPPL secretary Kansur Ali and founding secretary of BTC Nath Yogi students union and UPPL organizing secretary Tapan Nath have welcomed the renamed of BTAD as BTR through the spirit of BTR accord since Friday. They said that BTR accord has been paving the way healthy integration and development.They have expressed their hopeful that UPPL party is winning majority seats of the 40 member house of BTC Legislative Assembly.
